Shipments to the peninsula will be made by SEUR and usually take between three and five days. The rest of destinations by Correos blue package or Seur, between four and eight days. For orders of more than 30 kilos two shipments will be invoiced.
Office chairs and stools will be delivered only up to your front door.
The client has FIFTEEN (15) calendar DAYS, counting from the day following the one on which he receives the merchandise, to freely withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without the need for just cause.
The withdrawal procedure will begin with the manifestation of your willingness to exercise the same communicated to OK OFICINAS S.L. Through the e-mail info@bricookoficinas.com to have proof of receipt within the previously established period.
Once said communication has been received by OK OFICINAS SL, it will contact the client at the e-mail address and other information provided by the same in order to send him a confirmation that said withdrawal has been correctly made, assigning him an authorization number for return. The client will have, from that moment, a period of FIFTEEN (15) working DAYS to make the shipment at their expense to OK OFICINAS S.L ..
In the event that OK OFICINAS S.L. does not receive the returned merchandise within said period, it will be understood that the client has modified his intention to withdraw from the contract, with which it will be understood that it has been in force from the first moment.
In the event that you only want to withdraw with respect to one or more products purchased from the total purchased, this must be stated in the declaration of withdrawal.
Returns of any product that shows any sign of having been used and that does not come properly packaged and with the original packaging will not be accepted. Once the returned merchandise has been received and the above requirements have been met, OK OFICINAS S.L .. will proceed to the payment of the amount paid by the client immediately and by the same procedure by which the client paid for the merchandise.
In sales to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, VAT will not be charged, however the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges, which, if they occur, will be fully borne by the buyer.
Return or exchange.
The customer has 14 business days, counted from the delivery date, to make the Return. In advance, the client must notify OK OFICINAS S.L of his intention through the Returns section, specifying the precise reasons for the return or exchange. The client will have, from that moment, a period of FIFTEEN (15) working DAYS to make the shipment at his expense to OK OFICINAS S.L ..
Products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Upholstered products such as chairs or stools are made to order and cannot be returned. The expenses and risks related to the return will always be borne by the customer, except in the case of a return motivated by the error of OK OFICINAS S.L. or because the order does not meet the relevant quality conditions.
In the event that the return is not accepted by the supplier because it is understood that the product whose return is intended to have been used, the order will be available to the customer at OK OFICINAS S.L ..
